Registration rules
NEW to the spring semester 2026 is that there will be no discount when buying several courses.
Instead we are testing out a two price system: ordinary fee (course fee in full) and student fee (this is a reduced price, being ufør or being on arbeidsavklaringspenger or similar also qualifies you for this fee.
By saying you have read and understood the Registration Rules at Oslo Dragskole when regesterering through the google form, you are agreeing to the rules that are listed.
The Rules are made in place so that registration and payment will be mutually safe and reliable for both parties. It is also set in place so that the management and guest teachers that work at Oslo Dragskole will have some predictability in their work as freelancers. An example is if we have not received payment, this could affect the teachers, or if one pulls out from the course the last minute, others may have lost the opportunity to attend that same course.
Registration is binding, and your course spot/spots are only secured after registered payment
Registrations for a course closes 7 days before the date of the course (unless other is listed in the info of the course)
You have the responsibility for paying your invoice before the due date. The due date for a payment is (if not anything else is agreed upon, 7 days at the latest before a course. This is because if someone has not payed and secured their spot, another on waiting list will have the chance to attend the course, and also to secure our teachers. Are there enough spots filled in the course to see it through?
If you wish to cancel your registration (or refund if you already have payed), you need to send a written mail that is received and read by Oslo Dragskole 7 days before the course at the latest
If you no longer wish to attend the course, and it´s less than 7 days before the course, you are not eligible for refunding. You also have to pay the fee of the course even though you are not attending
Only absence that can show to a medical certificate from a doctor (legeærklæring) are eligible for refund
It is limited spots on each course, even though you fill out this form. It is a mail from Oslo Dragskole that will confirm that you are registered. And your payment of the class secures your final spot.
If the course has not enough people registered for the class, the course could be cancelled. If you already have payed, you will be refunded in whole
Oslo Dragskole does not refund if you are absent because of: shorter period of sickness (uten legeerklæring), problems with transportation, force majeure and other reasons that are beyond Oslo Dragskoles control
Oslo Dragskole is not responsible for injuries that occur to, during, or after our courses, and is not responsible for lost/stolen/broken personal items
After signing up you will, as soon as we can, get an email confirming we have received your registration. Closer to the course you will also get a more detailed mail with more information about the course. You will also get a reminder of the course the day before the course.
